if you're looking for shopping that is more local and that portrays a cultural instead of corporate feel, you have to visit an area in the heart of Seaside called Ruskin Place... it has the wonderful flair of a European marketplace... above are some shots of some shops i liked in the area...my favorite place here was a gallery called The Art of Simple
