i LOVE Mexican food so for this edition of "dinner last night" i wanted to share these delicious, easy, colorful, vegetarian tacos that i made... here's what's in them: soy chorizo scrambled with eggs & cumin, black beans, fresh chopped onion, red pepper and organic sharp white chedder cheese served in whole wheat tortillas with a side of chipotle salsa...while your mouth waters over this, let me remind you that the unveiling of the new Fall Collection of Posies & Plume will take place in only TWO days at the 930 Affordable Art Show...here's directions! hope to see you!
