mix dough: 2.5 cups whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 Tb. wheat germ, 1 tsp. beef bouillon granules, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup water, 1 egg
roll out the dough until it's about this thick
pick out your pooch's favorite cookie-cutter shape

cut treats out of the dough
place cut dough on an ungreased cookie sheet
put in the oven at 375 degrees and cook for 25-30 minutes
let the treats cool and harden & then let your pooch feast!
