dinner last night : superfoods salad...

i had a whole bag of cheese Ritz Bitz for breakfast which has very little nutritional value other than calories and left me feeling bleck!... craving nutrients, i threw together a bunch of tasty & healthful items from my fridge and tossed them in a balsamic vinaigrette ...this little salad really did the trick in giving my body a boost of pep... it's amazing how great you feel when you put the right things into your body... it's energizing, refreshing, life-giving and simply tastes great! here's what was in my superfoods salad: mixed greens, grape tomatoes, diced gala apple, blueberries, broccoli, cucumber, almonds and a hard-boiled egg
