what is more delightful in the summer than fresh, homegrown summer squash? well maybe fresh, homegrown tomatoes...but none the less it is so tasty & hardy and so good for you...i cooked this squash in olive oil salt & pepper and fresh rosemary that a lady at my work brought in from her garden)...mmmmm! what's your favorite garden-fresh summer vegetable?
