wanted to share this perfectly contrasting quesadilla i made... a balance of a crispy exterior (grilled whole-grain tortilla) against the gooey interior (Kerrygold Killaree Irish Cheddar and sliced pear)... the sweetness of the pear and Smuckers organic raspberry preserves (for dipping) against the salty cheese... yum!
