i'm pretty sure that the weather has not gotten the memo that the season officially changed from summer to autumn about 4 days ago... with these 100 degree days, i'm in the mood for some light fare... not so much for warm sweet pototoes or spicy chile so i've still been savoring the last of my summer favorites, cucumbers & tomatoes...so here's dinner last night & my amateur food styling for you to enjoy! happy friday everyone!
